RepMon - Creating the DC305 Report
The following steps create the DC305 report that RepMon can use.

Create Items for breeding dates for services 1 through 7 and the last service

Create a macro to output a file ? you will create two commands

4.1 Switch AB adds archive cull cows

In the command line type REPMON The report should run and take you to the GRID window, depending on your setup of DC305
-
In GRID window, click on the “disk” icon to save out file in file out box identify what directory you want to save file to in name box, write name of file with a .CSV extension (including the .CSV extension is IMPORTANT)

Ready to input file into RepMon

Clone REPMON to other COWFILE1.DAT files

1. Type CLONE in command line

2. Clone from 1.DAT file ? Yes
-
3. Clone to c:\herds\file you desire to clone to
-
4. File destination is DAT ? Yes, or click on it
-
5. Click on Clone command, item and item table
