CPM Help Files on Windows 10

Just a quick note. The CPM help file system no longer works under Windows 10. The Winhlp32.exe files are not supported in Windows 10.

Enclosing asterisks marks text as bold (*word*), underscore are made via _word_.
Standard emoticons like :-) and ;-) are converted to images.
