Purchasing CAHP Software
The short version is as follows:

Create a free Publication Subscription Account.

Login

Purchase subscription

Download the program
Create a Publication Subscription Account
You will need to go to the Publication Subscription page and create a new account. On the left hand side of the page you will see a list of options.

Click on Create an Account.

Fill out the the User Account Information form.

Click the Create Account button.
Make sure to keep a record of your username and password. Both are case sensitive!
Login
Go to the Publication Subscription page and select Login from under the Subscribers heading in the left hand column. Alternatively, click on the link that says Please login.
You can then login into your account using the username and password you created when you opened the account.
Purchase Subscription
Select Purchase Subscription from the left hand menu bar. Purchase the subscription you want by selecting it from the drop down box. Click on Purchase to buy the subscription or Cancel.
When you click Purchase you will be taken to a secure data form to enter your credit card information.
Once the transaction is complete you will be able to download a copy of the software or spreadsheet.
Download
Now when you go to the Publication Subscription Home page you will see a list of your active subscriptions.

Click on Publications from the left hand menu bar.

Click the file you want to download from the center column.

Click the filename to download from the right hand column.
Most file will need to be unzipped before you either run them or open the file in your spreadsheet application.
You will be able to login and download the files that you subscribed to anytime during your subscription period.
